She’s so easy to work with, very responsive and great attitude! Our family couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Thank you Jennifer for your hard work!

“Marni and her Team are very professional, know the Riverside market and were able to sell our house in less than 30-days, with 5 offers to select from.”

I highly recommend her. High integrity, great communication and marketing. As well, she coordinated with all vendors involved with the deal.

“Dear Marni and Raul, First of all, I thank God for taking me on this wonderful journey and with beautiful and precious people like you.”

I am the better for knowing you and have benefitted so much from your experience, professionalism and to your meticulousness in caring for every detail. This is a rare characteristic to find in many realtors today. Despite many personal challenges you were facing, yet you kept strong, always having a positive attitude, and placing all difficulties before the Lord Christ and knowing that He was in control and that He would look after you. Again, a very rare characteristic that one can find in businesspeople today. Since the first time I met you Marni in late 2020 I knew straight away that you were a realtor I can trust and would have my best interests at heart. I had been looking for the perfect home for months without any success and the process became very frustrating. Then this home in Riverside came on the market on a Friday afternoon and I wanted to see it straight away and you immediately obliged and by Monday morning it was a done deal! You kept in touch regularly, through phone calls, visits, and your wonderful magazine and before Christmas every year presenting to your clients those wonderful pies. When I started contemplating selling the house after 2 years, you guided me through the process and even assisted with advice of what renovations needed to be done to get the best price for the house. You chose the perfect color for the painting and suggested a new carpet and porcelain flooring. Marni, you are a true professional, who has that personal touch with people and a calm and polite nature about you that shines through in every aspect of your work. Always quick to respond to every request that I had, and it was just a delight working with you. I hope that we can continue to be in touch and certainly if I am asked for a recommendation for the best realtor in the Inland Empire, hands down it would be you and your amazing team. May the good Lord continue to bless you, Raul and your children. May the Lord also continue to bless Grove Realty to progress from strength to strength. Farewell for now my dear friends till we meet again and wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a blessed prosperous 2023.

“We were helping our mom sell her home of 62 years, found Grove Realty online and decided to give them a call.”

We were a bit apprehensive, with it being our first experience selling a home, but from the first communication through the closing of escrow, Marni proved to be an excellent realtor. I cannot imagine another realtor out there being more knowledgeable, hardworking, and patient (with our elderly & sometimes feisty mom, as well as with our inexperience with the process). On top of all that, Marni is just an extremely kind and genuine person. We recommend her and Grove Realty without any reservation. You will not find a better realtor and team out there.
